Football Season is
Finally Here!!!

Whether you are a Cowboy's fan like me or a Redskins fan like my brother (can you imagine Sunday games at our house) or any other of our nation's great football teams, nothing goes better with a game than cold beer and hot chicken wings!!  I wish I could help you with the beer side of that equation, but I can help with the wings.  While perusing this article, check out our recipe below - it's an amazing spicy chicken dip!

To help you get ready for Sunday's games and to honor the Cowboy's new 4-3 defensive program, I am running a 4 day special on my three best chicken wing sauces.  Normally $8.99, I am dropping the price to $6.94 for the next three days.

Our Top Selling Wing Sauce is thankfully our recipe - if you like garlic and bleu cheese, this one is a touchdown!  This sauce combines everything you think of when you think chicken wings.

Our second best selling wing sauce is an interception - a cross between a wing sauce and a BBQ sauce - Charlie's Hard Time's Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce

Our third best seller is a hot runner - right up the middle!  Made with the ghost pepper - Red Ghost Blistering Heat Ghost Wing Sauce.

I hope the choices above, or any other of our 900 sauces, help spice up your football parties!  Whoever you may be rooting for, I hope you have an exciting season!!

Chicken Wing Recipe

With our sauces, wings are one of the easiest things to cook for a football party.  Bake, Fry, Grill, Sear, Smoke - however you cook your wings, take them off your method of heat and put in a bowl.  Pour your choice of sauce over and shake until well covered.  That's it - short and easy.

If you are looking for something other than chicken wings to put on your table as an appetizer try this shredded chicken recipe that I have perfected over the years.

8oz block softened cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded chicken

1/4 cup wing sauce - your choice

1/4 cup black olives (optional - don't like 'em, leave 'em out - I love them!)

3 minced garlic cloves

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a baking dish (I don't like to do dishes so I just combine the ingredients directly in the baking dish).  Throw in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This is optional but, for a little more heat, I enjoy slicing fresh jalapeno peppers and putting them on top of the baked dish.  Almost like a really mean garnish!
